Data Entry & Hygiene

The professional data entry department at CMDI enters new records and adds updates to existing records directly into the online database.

As each record is keyed, a list of possible duplicate records already on the file will be presented to the keyer for review. This greatly reduces the chances of creating duplicate records.

Merge/Purge Services

CMDI can merge/purge your contact database, regardless of how big or small within 48 hours of request. We will standardize or normalize your files, eliminate your duplicate records and suppress any contacts that need to be removed from your list.

The merge/purge process identifies and eliminates duplicate names within a number of targeting lists selected for a direct marketing campaign. The primary benefit of the merge/purge process is to produce a unique set of names to target for your outreach activities, such as mail, email, advertising, or GOTV. These services reduce your costs and waste because you are only sending one piece to each person.

Ensure the Accuracy of Your Data

CMDI offers change-of-address (NCOALink™) processing. Our internally developed software processes data against the 0-18 month United States Postal Service® Change-of-Address database and returns the original addresses as well as the new addresses. Advantages of NCOALink™ Processing:
